Default Removing cover of sub area

I have a major rattle coming out of the sub woofer area of my roadster (at least I think it's coming out of there). I have no idea how to remove that panel to get in there. Can anyone help?

grab the grill of the cover on the top and pull back

yep reallyis simple for cover removing the subs bracket is another story
