wired nosie?? Can you help ??

Guys i have developed a strange problem. When cornering i get a metalic clicking/ticking sound coming from the front wheel area.

I have the clicky rear axle problem and this is nothing to do with that.

I have no nosie when crusing in a straight line only when cornering and the wheels and suspention is under load???

I have rota P45R wheels/ 5zigen nuts 1.25 pitch, with a 245 tyre and KW V3 coilovers.

Ill trye and get a vid guy but for know this has been happening for a while and its doing my head in!
