The only bolts to remove are located under the pull handle (pry out the back cover) and behind the window/door control panel. Pop out using a panel removal tool, starting at the back.

Rest of the panel is held on with nylon retaining "rivets" which pop out when you use the prying tool around the bottom and rear edge of the panel.

You will need to disconnect the door lock and door pull cables from the latch to completely remove the panel.

Hope that helps.

EDIT: Wise idea to have extra "rivets" mentioned above. I bought a thousand of 'em (well, maybe 25 in a bag) to have on hand when I ripped apart all the panels in the car to do the speakers/amp. Once they break (and they do), they're useless tossaways.
