Default Cam Problems

Alrighty
I got a 06 350
Today it started fumbling when ever id get to 2500-3000rpms

Went and got the codes pulled on it
Had 10
3 of which where pending

P0300-Random/Multi Cylinder Misfire Detected
P0340-Camshaft Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
P0345-Camshaft Position Sensor "A" Circuit Malfunction
P0011-"A" Camshaft Position-Timing Over Advanced/System Performance (B1)
P0021-"A" Camshaft Position-Timing Over Advanced/System Performance (B2)
P0014-"B" Cam Pos Timing Over Advan Bank 1
P0024-"B" Cam Pos Timing Bank 2

Which pretty much says my intake/exhaust valves are over advanced, causing misfires.

Im thinking it could be either the cam sensors/VVT solenoids are bad or are going bad.

I wanna bust out the DMM and go ham on the connectors
But i cant find any good wiring diagrams any place.
anyone know of a good site to get em?
Or knowledge of the wires and what the are

or have any knowledge of whats going on and what i should do?

Thanks for your time!
