Default Alarm installed but now AC only blows Full and Hot

Well I just finished installing an alarm in the Z, but now for some reason the climate control only blows hot and at full speed when set to auto. I can manually change the fan speed, but the auto temperature change doesn't work.
I suspect the internal air sensor on the driver side, however I do not remember any wires going to it and all it was was a tube with a thermal couple inside.

Has anyone else had this problem and fixed it? Thanks for the help!

ahh i know what it is ive done it plenty of times, you forgot to connect it. its a lil white box behind the climate controls. it does that when its not plugged in

Thanks, I will have to check that, I didn't remove the controls area but maybe something got unplug when I was pulling wires through.

Originally I thought the exact same thing. But how can he manually control the fan speed if it is unplugged? You would think no of the there dials would work if it wasn't plugged in. Maybe the cable has been nicked?

Thanks for the help everyone. Well it turns out that there is indeed a wire that plugs into the interior sensor. The lead got tucked away when running cables. Oops. All is well now.
