Default Maint. Schedules when car is not driven often.

I never drive my Z nor see it. But it is started and driven once a week. How should I go about doing oil changes and other maintenance? Should I do it how the Ferrari guys do and go for oil changes every 6 months?

Maint is either dont at mileage or time intervals. Time can be as detrimental as use can
