My 03 350Z has recently begun to stall once in a while after a cold start. The car has only 32,000 miles and is in mint condition. I know that Nissan advises against using fuel injector cleaners and additives, but numerous threads advise using Techron cleaner. I was wondering if anyone could post their opinions or experiences with Techron, and let me know if it has helped with this stalling problem. I only intend to try one bottle of the stuff, but I would appreciate any information first.

I use Yamaha's ring free fuel additive with every fill up just because I have an abundance of it and I use it in my bikes and skis and boat. 1oz per 10 gallons, so I just have a pre-measured 1.5 oz container that I dump in there when I fill up. Haven't had a problem with it, and based on past experiences it's great. It even says Chevron Techron on the bottle, so in essence it's just super concentrated Techron additive. Couldn't hurt to try it, but I'd say make sure to clean your throttle body and do a re - learn after in addition to additives.
