Default engine swap

just swapped the engine on my 05 350z. engine came out of an 04. kept original harness and original ecu.

1st day everything fine. 2nd day check engine light went on with these codes.

1:P0605 POWERTRAIN CONTROL MODULE READ ONLY MEMORY (ROM) ERROR
2:SAME AS ABOVE
3:P0113 INTAKE AIR TEMPERATURE SENSOR 1 CIRCUIT HIGH INPUT
4:P0183 FUEL TEMPERATURE SENSOR A CIRCUIT HIGH INPUT

the car drove fine. since the check engine light is on no response the throttle pedal.

with these codes could the engine have mods and the ecu needs to be reprogrammed?

please help out.

...I would first ask if you had a rev-up ( 35th anniv. car ) and swapped in just a DE... I would imagine there would be some plugs that did not have anywhere to go and vice-versa.... and then also the most simple thing would be a bad sensor????

Check all the grounds, check for frayed wires that may have shorted out... sounds like a wiring or grounding issue to me.

i just noticed that these two codes are pending.
3:P0113 INTAKE AIR TEMPERATURE SENSOR 1 CIRCUIT HIGH INPUT
4:P0183 FUEL TEMPERATURE SENSOR A CIRCUIT HIGH INPUT

the first two i tried deleting. success but after the first start they come back one. and im guessing that 3 and 4 are still pending in the ecu. what could it be? any ideas?
