Default Replacing throttle body ... what must the car reset/relearn?

I am running an STS turbo on my car, and during the tune I had the idle bumped up with Cipher to a steady 900rpms. Before the idle bump, the car would idle very rough and would stall. So now the TPS has gone bad, so in a few day I will be replacing the throttle body. Do I have to do an idle air relearn after replacing the TB? Will this mess up the idle set with Cipher? Will I have to set the idle again? Thanks

I've had my TB off a dozen times. As long as you don't turn the key on while it's unplugged, your car will never know it was removed, thus no need to do a relearn. I've never even disconnected the battery, just don't turn the key. Never had an issue!
