HIGH pitched noise when starting

I've had this problem for awhile now and cant seem to figure out what it is. Every time I start the car, a very high pitched noise sounds for a few seconds. While the noise is sounding, the light on my VDC control is red, then when the noise stops, the light turns to green. its a 2005 35th anni.

please help me, or I may go deff.

that is the rev up motor. it is only in the 05 anniversary and 06. but frankly that sounds like a fan issue not a dynamic control issue.

belt...maybe an effing belt?

Make sure vacuum line going to plenum isn't being pinched... I had an issue but only at shutdown. Would be an easy check.

Could it be a belt even though I only have 21xxx miles on it ?

I should have been more specific...its not a noise like a belt or anything...its deffinitly the electronic chime, but i dont know why it is sounding
