Question P0011 p0021 with haltech and p0300

I am throwing p0011 p0021 and p0300.
The cam codes are always on and keep my light solid and from what I have been told is the light flashes when I get random misfire

I misfire sometimes at idle warm up and if I let it idle after warm for long periods of time. If I ever sit with car in neutral and rev car to 3k and try and keep it there it'll misfire. Code never flashes when I am just driving around.

From what I have read is that having a haltech, it will throw the cam codes becuase the stock ecu is still trying to send commands to intake cam control but sence haltech dictates my cam angles then thestock ecu will show a cam code.

Looking for info on my problem and if it's bad and not just miacomunication between my stock ecu and haltech.

I have a build short block and aps single turbo kit, and haltech platnuim pro 350z ecu

The cam codes are ok and are best simply eliminated with a reflash.

The misfire code is not. I've never experienced this (knock on wood). Could be a bad cam position sensor, or crank angle sensor?
