Wheel play during hitting bumps and car loses control hitting lines freeway
Hey guys here's my dilemma
2003 350z touring stock
77,000 miles
Here's my problem. Ever since I took up this new accounting position in downtown Los Angeles my handling has been like crap. We have potholes the size of kiddy swimming pools out here and ghetto patched uneven bumpy streets out here.
Anyways, lately whenever I hit bumps now I get a lot of wheel shake. I'm not sure about your freeways where you guys live, but here we have long cracks along our freeways that are uneven. Whenever the wheels line up with this uneven crack on the freeway the wheels go left to right. I stopped pulling on other cars lately because Of this.
Could it be tie end rod bushings or ball joints? The cars alignment is perfectly straight but the second I hit a bump the car just whips in whatever direction it wants to. Any ideas?

try inspecting/replacing transverse link bushings and compression rod bushings.
I replaced just my transverse link bushings after i got my car, and it made a world of difference in how it tracked.
I used whiteline bushings. The OEM design is great for ride comfort, but very weak.
