2003 198k miles. The Z has been my daily driver since 2005.

Other than routine maintenance items (fluids, belts, bulbs, plugs) I have replaced the following:
2 wheel bearings. Rear hatch struts. Both window motors. Both outer door handles. Camshaft position sensor right side. Clutch fork pivot. Both valve covers. 1 ignition coil. Rear differential bushing. Front lower control arm bushings. Radio antenna. CD player(non-bose).

The car has been very easy to work on, and overall very reliable.

Default Spooky I like your history, I hope mine is the same

I am a new Z owner of a 2005 Enthusiast. I've owned the car for a very short time since Oct 2014 so nothing major. It has 139K

hatch lift struts
radio antenna

I did take out both fuel senders and cleaned up the contacts as it would report 1/2 full when it was really full. In my case the sender on the fuel pump was the culprit.

knock on wood I hope this car lasts as long as my 4 door Accord with 450K, this one is WAY more fun to drive.

Just put a new Robbins cloth top on my garaged '06 ZR DD. 80k miles. $650 incl shipping, $30 for rivets and tools. Major PITA by myself, came out great. Fluids, filters, and pass window motor cleanup. Basically nothing. Drives like new.
I'll be doing plugs soon.

2003 with 110,000 miles right now. I've done compression rod bushings, hatch struts, headlight restoration, replaced a cracked tail light housing, inner and outer tie rod ends, and replaced the dry rotted radio antenna with a stubby. I'm contemplating rebuilding the LSD sometime, because the viscous coupling is completely worn out. It's my daily driver and it's been rock solid reliable.

2004 Touring w/29K miles (owned since virtually new):

Replaced rubber fuel tank filler hose (under recall)
Original Battery (DIY)
Hatch struts (DIY)
Passenger window motor (DIY)

After ten years of ownership, consider my "Z" a pretty reliable vehicle by any measure.

My '08 has 65K miles on it, and the only non-consumables it's needed are 2 window motors. One for each side, and both replaced under the extended warranty. Consumables replaced are pads/rotors, serpentine belt, tires, and fluids/filters. It's been one of the most enjoyable and reliable cars I've owned in the last 40 years.

06 350z w/ 75k on it.

As far as repairs go.....passenger side door handle, hatch struts, and passenger side tail light. oh, and an occasional flat time here and there. Aside from that, just regular fluid changes.

belts 107k
both valve cover gaskets 112k
spark plugs 112k
2 fuel injectors 112k

Just bought my new to me 2003 with 115,000 miles on it. Took it straight to Nissan dealer knowing it would need a lot of work.

So far...

Power steering rack replaced
Lower control arm replaced
Spindle knuckle replaced (not even sure what that is)

Next up... Belts, plugs, fluids

Have had my Z new since 2005. 150,000 miles now. Heater core clogged; cleaned out with CLR. Radiator aftermarket cap failed and car overheated. R front shock leaked. Air conditioning coupler had hole rubbed through by strut. One side of woven steel coupler from catback system rusted through. Rear tires replace x 2; fronts x 1; snows replaced after 10 years. Front brakes replace x 2. Door panels now rusted; will replace skins. Gas filler Flange putty seal leaked and resealed but fender now rusting through. R door handle rusted and plastic parts desintegrated; replaced. I drive this car all year in Chicago so weather a big factor in survival but I love to drive it.

So far I gotta push the bumper back into place, re paint a few things that look like stickers got torn off and left big squares behind. I have to find the Rear wiper which doesn't work and moves freely by pushing it off. And then there's low oil pressure at idle which I'm attempting to fix by gasket change in a couple days. 2007 m/t 350z gt. Oh and I need to get new leather seats
