Default New 350Z Owner need help please

I need help. The OBD showed a crankshaf pos code I swapped that out. Then I tryed to start it and it tries to crank up but dies before it stabilizes. I checked the OBD and the code it gave me was P000. I disconnected the crankshaft pos and it will run after cranking for a while. It doesn't stall and runs fine with the exception of a little shuddering. I connected the crankshaft pos while it's running and nothing changes. Then I turn it off and if I crank it back up right away it will start up fine, but if I wait too long it goes back to cranking but not stabilizing enough to stay running. Its weird to me I've done everything I can think of short of bringing it to the dealership. I trouble shot it according to the factory manual. I think the ecu is bad but I don't know how to text that. Someone help me please before I set this car on fire, lol!

You should change the first sentence a bit. " I bought a 350z from a friend "

Is there a special procedure when swapping a new crankshaft position sensor. Was I supposed to reflash the ECU?
