Default Metal on metal sound coming from the rear passenger side

Ok, so a little back story on this issue. I had to drop the axles when changing out the rear wheel bearings, so after getting them on, I bolted everything back up and went about the day. Drove around the parking lot a bunch testing the brakes since we did a brake job afterward, didn't hear a sound. Drove it home, still, nothing.

So I'm driving to work the next day, and I heard this loud metal on metal sound, that's rather loud and very distinctive, almost like a bunch of weight bouncing up and down on a broken mattress and box springs. I think to myself, "sucks to be that guy!" only to realize it's coming from my own car. What could have caused such a sound? I'm wondering if when the rear spring cups dropped, the spring on the passenger side where the sound is coming from, didn't sit properly, putting stress on it when cornering and going over bumps, which is when the sound happens. Keep in mind it's not constant either. I'm going to tear it apart tomorrow and see what's going on.

Any tips or anything to look for in particular?

Overall, it seems all of the easy stuff I can do myself on this damn car is turning into nothing but a PITA.

Found out what the issue was - was a loose bolt near the axle.

Kudos for posting up what the problem was. Just hope it didn't take six months to find out your wrenching was the cause of this PITA!
