Scratches and a cracked bumper :(
Hi guys! So today some I got into a hit and run accident and the guy left without a trace, however he left me with a scratched up bumper and a solid crack.. is there anyway of covering this up or fixing it...? what do you guys recommend?

I don't think that it was caught on camera. 
How much do you think this will run me? Would they have to replace the whole thing or would they just go over it and fix it up with the original?
