Default Start up... then dies

Hey everyone,

So I've got an issue with my car starting up. Runs fine for about 4 seconds before it chugs and dies. I tried the idle relearn and what not but it's still not running right.

what I noticed is it sounds like bank 2 is trying to suck in more air than bank 1. When i disconnected the IC piping before the MAF placement on each side, i put my hands over the intake to block the airflow and the driver side was indeed noticeably trying to draw more air in than the passenger.

Placing my hand partially over the driver side intake to inhibit the air induction once the vehicle starts allows it to run fine... afr ' s on the wideband look good too ... as soon as the hand is removed from the intake it chugs and dies out again.

I was thinking it may be a vacuum leak on the driver side but I can't find one anywhere.

Any ideas on what this could be?

I assume you have a dual throttle body engine hr?07-08? That why you say one bank sounds like its trying to suck more air? sounds like your turbocharged? need some more info if you want help. What was the last thing that was done to the engine before it began acting up?Was it running fine b4 that mod?
