Default Help with rear brake pad replacement. 2003 non brembo

Well my rears started dusting and scraping so I parked it and went to replace pads but pads are actually really good still. Only one pad on the interior side of the drivers side caliper is real worn down. Looks like the caliper seized? How much pressure should it take to push the piston back in to put new pads? Should I be looking for a new caliper?

Wouldn't it be your rotor? But I just grab a small piece of wood and put it against the piston and grab a clamp and pushes the piston back in

You can do it by hand. You can either use a piece of wood like someone else pointed out, but it's probably easier to just use one of the old pads. Lay it flat across the top of the piston and use a c-clamp around the caliper to push it in.

make sure you loosen your brake fluid cap before compressing the piston
