Question knocking, creaking sound

I own a 05 base model z, recently I started hearing like a knocking/creaking sound when I turn the wheel to the right as I'm slowly moving. I haven't taken it to a shop yet cuz I wanna get a few inputs.pretty me know what y'all think, thank you!

Inspect the bushings in your front suspension. The lower control arm bushings and the compression rod bushings may have worn out. They would make a creaking sound as you turn the wheel or drive slowly over an uneven surface.

This, and if you can get to a lift or jack up your car, wiggle the tires north and south by hand to see if there is a lot of play as well.

I'll inspect them asap, cuz that's what it does. My driveways is uneven and every morning I turn right to go to work and it creaks as I pull out. Thank you for the tips guys! I really appreciate it
