Hope you have this all sorted out by now. Just picked up an 08 that had the check engine light on, codes P2A00 & P2A03, both O2 sensor 1/bank 1 and sensor 1/bank 2. I checked the resistance and they are both dead. Interesting how may have both gone bad at the same time (car has 130K miles)

That shouldn't do it unless they were laying on an unsheilded cat or test pipe. With both having that code i would just change the sensors and if you have time maybe open some of the loom to see if you have any cracked wire jackets.
When i was doing my wire tuck i found 2 wires in my ignition harness that had cracks in the insulation. Was a easy fix, just a pain to find issues like this when the loom in not open and trying to diag.

I think my car has highflow cats.. looked under the mid section the other day and it does seem aftermarket up to the headers. still not sure what brand exhaust my car has.. lolz.
