Hi everyone.
The bright yellow 20a relay on top right keeps blowing. The car shut off while driving and won't start . I changed it out and it starts and idles fine , when I try move the car it just shut off and blow the fuse. After it blowed my 4th relay I give up trying and came here for some advice where should I check first ?
i tried to google the relay layout but couldn't find what does this relay do(I guess it's fuel pump)
I'll take it to mechanic tomorrow it's always good to know what I'm getting into.
Any input will help Thanks
I mean fuse not relay

Do you not have the fuse box cover that goes over it?

What year is your Z? I don't recognize that fuse box. A Z should have an IPDM.

The car has Kinetx plenum, CAI , ebay exhaust and possible larger injectors and fuel pump due to the car was supercharged before I bought it. The prvious owner doesn't know anything about cars . He took off the supercharger and sold the car to me

I also don't recommend putting a 20A fuse in what is meant to be a 15A slot. Previous owner not knowing anything about cars and having all those mods would leave me feeling a little unsettled. Regardless, take it to a mechanic to have them trace the problem.
Question - did the slot have a 20A fuse in there to begin with when you bought it? That shows the owner was trying to hide the issue by sticking a larger fuse in there. Quick way to have a car fire.
Some people say on some cars, when that fuse keeps blowing to check the battery cable (negative) - where it grounds. Replacing that cable might be necessary. Good place to start looking.

I'm assuming he removed the battery to access the fuse box and that would go to the battery terminal itself. I popped that fuse a few time cause I had an 03 and I swapped in the 06+ bi xenon headlights, so I had to put a 20a there to keep it from popping. Blown fuses, I'm 99% sure come froM improper grounding. So somewhere in the car, within the fuses circuit there's a bad ground.

That's actually the fuse box that is sort of hidden underneath the battery. Make sure each and every fuse has the proper amperage that corresponds with the diagram on the fuse box itself. No more and no less, as that could cause a shorted circuit or a fire.

you keep saying relay but you really men fuse right?
they blow for one reason...over current. Check the FSM and get a multimeter and check for shorts. Maybe a coil pack failed and shorted to GND ect.
