Default alarm, window, and door sensor issues

Hey guys, i just privately got a brickyard 2003 touring hatch for a good deal.
I plan on restoring it and modding it, but thats irrelevant right now.

My problem started a few days ago when my alarm stopped working, so i did a reset and still nothing, but it locks and unlocks.
Then i noticed the open door light in the dash stays on, so i checked all doors and hatch, and everything was fine.
Then lastly, i noticed my passenger window doesn't go up the last inch when you close it, so it leaks now

I pressed the door sensor and it doesn't do a thing on the passenger side, but the driver side works perfect.
So is it as simple as just replacing the door sensor and everything else will work properly again???

Lastly, now my gas gauge goes wonky and shows empty for about 5 minutes after startup, then the gauge slowly goes back to normal and all the warnings go off.
Im starting to think my car is grounded wrong????

Any and all productive and useful info is appreciated

The gas gauge is normal to act up in this car. And for other faulty controls, I would recommend trying a BCM reset first.

Before doing any type of reset, pull all codes off the BCM first. There may not be a CEL, but codes should be held in memory.

You've got some type of electrical problem- they usually come back at the worse time. Check the BCM anyway to see if there are any codes.

it was a clean title one owner car from a 50 year old.
It has strobe lights, and a $6000 stereo system in it with a blown double din radio that i took out, so maybe something is messed up with the grounding or system thats making everything else go crazy?
And yes it is a huge headache right now, but could be something stupid and simple, i just need to do more trouble shooting i guess.
