Default P1283 after oxy sensor change and beyond

Here is the stats on my z. 05 base 157000 miles. Z1 hfc and uprev dyno tuned done more than a year ago.
I have researched as much as possible and I need some direction.

P1283 code pops up at me cruising at 35mph. My friend has a obd2 app with plug in. Bank one sensor 2 (normal culprit with this code) is lagging quite a bit. So changed out the wideband sensor. Battery was unhooked, and took "engine cont" fuses out for 10 minute. Ses light off.

Drove 75mi 5 day work week light comes back on. I've checked maf sensor, exhaust leaks, and vacuum leaks no result. I'm about to hook up a wideband gauge and have uprev delete the code. Any other solution? Thoughts?

Generally, threads with the words, "I have a problem" and "Uprev" go unanswered. If you're getting codes and you have an Uprev piggy-backed to your ECU, you should give Uprev a call and see if they can offer you any advice.

The tune had been in there well over 30k miles... I doubt uprev could be any help... The code is there for a reason. So their must be another solution because it is out of its parameters.

All other threads involved test pipes, just got uprev tuned or boosted which none apply to me.

Have you tried logging while cruising? I just got done dealing with p1273/83 codes although I had a different problem. Checking the volts from the WB's and NB's and AFR from the WB's with the cel activation too on cipher? Also, have you done a smoke test? I ask because i had 2 shops spray/look my whole car down for leaks and found none until a smoke test showed there was a leak in the back of the plenum somewhere that could not be felt or sprayed due to clearance. Just some thoughts.

I do not have cipher... Haven't performed a smoke test that's a good idea... I feel if it was a vacuum leak it would idle wierd and the ses light wouldn't take 300mi to come on... Doing plugs this weekend... They have been in there over 60000 miles

Well i had a small leak between the test pipe and y pipe + huge leak under the plenum and no codes were thrown for those issues. Maybe take it to the dealer and pay for a code diagnostic for $50?
