So i recently purchased my 350z track package and it had its issues which i didn't mind since i turn my own wrench but this thing has me stumped.

I had a few CEL's but i have solved all of them but 1 is lingering around and giving me a headache.

This is my exact message from my scan tool.

P0021
Ensure the open and close of throttle at the best moment.
Cause of P0021 includes a intake/left/front camshaft timing is not well set, camshaft over advance mechanical stuck, or actuator stuck at open position.

I have changed both cam position sensors, crank position sensor and cleaned vtc(new gasket), before I changed these sensors I would turn it over and it would need a few times before she turned on, now it fires up way better but idles like crap and exhaust smells rich.

This is the final issue I have to deal with, I would appreciate the help.

Not able to pass stupid E-test until this is solved, so its safe to say she is at a stand still until I get this solved.
