Default Clicking noise. Can't identify issue.

Hello, so I have a distinct click noise coming from what sounds like the front wheels. I've already taken it to a mechanic with no
Here's what I've diagnosed so far.

1. Clicking noise goes away when I break or turn.
2. Clicking noise is relative to speed. Faster the car goes, faster the clicking noise.
3. When the car is lifted there is NO clicking noise.

Some say the break pads need to be replaced but others don't. Some say its the CV joints but the clicking goes away when I turn.

Thanks in advance.
