VQpoweredZ's 2006 Magnetic Black 350z
I just wanted to make a thread where I could post all my random pics of my car as I update it.
I'll start off with what my car used to look like.
Stock ride hight. 19'' Nismo LMGT4's. Authentic Nismo USDM sideskirts. Aerosync front bumper. HKS exhaust.
Didn't have many pictures when these wheels were on the car. I really did love the style of the wheel. You can't go wrong with them. I just wanted a wider setup with more aggressive offsets.
Then I ordered Volk GTS 19x9.5+17 and 19x10.5+18 back in February 2010 from Forged. After unforeseen delays the wheels finally arrived around November 2010. I ordered BC Racing BR type coilovers as well as a SPC rear camber kit. I also bought Project Kic Neo Chro lugs to compliment the wheels. I opted for the simpler route with a Mines lip with OEM bumper and stock side skirts.
I just had the wheels and coilovers installed. I also had the car aligned as well. Big thanks to R/T Tuning for doing all of the work. Always a pleasure dealing with the guys over there . I went with a conservative drop for now. Until I can find another daily driver and a solution to my awful driveway. Anyway onto the pics.
Sorry for the terrible pictures by the way. I'm no photographer by any means. Still learning this fancy camera. I'm going to try to get some proper pictures of the car at better angles this weekend or next.
Opinions and Criticism is appreciated.
Thanks for looking
Dan

Thanks man.
Thanks Stinky i'm planning on lowering it another inch and a half . I have bigger tires so I hope I won't rub too bad. Hopefully I can get the wheels actually fully dry the next time I wash the car haha.
Thanks, its the Mine's lip from Evo-R. It fits perfect. It's technically not the authentic Mine's although Evo-R says it comes from the same factory and is the exact same lip. He has a thread in the marketplace where you can buy one. I gave up on trying to find the Veilside V1 lip because a new CF one was almost 700 bucks and you would have to wait a bit.

Thanks man, i've been thinking about doing the yellow bulb delete for a while now.
Thanks Andrew means a lot man. I think my car has 45,000 miles on it now. There are definitely some problems spots on the car though. I need to get the outline where the splash guards came off wet sanded or something and theres a few minor dings here and there but not too big of a deal.
Thanks Wais! That emoticon is great LOL

I already have had the rear fenders rolled. I'm definitely thinking of picking up a 10mm spacer as well as a 5mm spacer at some point and messing around with them to see how far I could go with these wheels (staying with current tire sizes 245/35 and 275/35). It would definitely have to be after I lowered the car more though. For now I couldn't be happier. Going from those base wheels I bought to these is such a big difference.
Thanks

I hear ya. For whatever it's worth, I'm running 285/35/19 rears with +22 wheels and 10mm spacer (net +12 offset) and rear fenders are rolled but not super tight. I have no rubbing and I am actually going to try a 15mm spacer next week to see if I can sneak by with it. So the point being, with your +18 rears and 275/35 you could easily fit a 10mm spacer. I'd even say a 15mm will fit without a problem, depending where you set your camber.

hardest part is out of the way, Volk GTS with perfect color combo. add to that some baller front lip and exhaust. Such a great start with nice parts. Next hard part is coilovers and fitment (which you already have figured out).
cant wait to see whats next! Get a DD already! lol
