I do have the ghost lines from the OEM splash guards. Used to drive me nuts but now I'm used to it. Check the 3rd picture down in the section where I installed the f.silver CE's, looking at the back of the car, you can see it pretty clearly above the nismo add-on.
Yea I like how formula silver is a little darker than merc. silver. I thought it would look cool with the GTS, but I have always said I'd get merc. silver when I bought Volks.

Oh yea, I didn't see that, thats like the only pic I can see them in. I'm right there with you the ghost outlines though, i'll have to try that 3m stuff for sure. At least the outlines are "sort of" on a body line. I'm slowly becoming OK with it haha.

We should get a photoshoot done if I ever get any free time.

The merc. silver is sick because it goes from super bright in the sunlight to sort of gunmetal/gray at dusk. Formula silver kind of does the same transition, except it goes from dark to darker.

I'd definitely be down for a formal shoot. Never had that done before. Maybe one of the local Z guys with a nice camera would do it for a couple beers.

Yea, I do love merc. silver when the sunlight hits it. If only Volk would give out their colorcodes .. Never seen formula silver in person though. My buddy with an s2k has a friend who works with him who is very good at taking photos. He takes some of the best photos i've seen. He does it just for fun.

I'll let you know when it happens so you can tag along if you like. Probably will be the end of the summer. It will be my brother with his VW R32, the s2k, and my car. I have a decent DSLR, but am terrible at taking photos haha.

Thanks bro! Coilovers within the next month will get rid of my front wheel gap and clean it up a good bit, and then I'll be "done" haha.

Quick update: Installed BC BR coilovers in the front today (will do the rears later this week). Went out for a quick test-drive and grabbed a pic with my phone. When I got back I raised the front up about a quarter inch because I scraped my front lip getting into my driveway. So now I have a little less than 1 "finger" gap up front, but in the pic below I am tucking tire. Will post more after I get the rears done and tweak the stance:

Looks great man! Let me know what you think of them when you get them fully installed. I'd say at the moment I have a slightly angled finger gap if that makes any sense haha. Hope all is well.

Thanks! Hoping to get the rears done tomorrow after work...we'll see. I have sort of the same wheel gap in the front now that I've adjusted it up a bit, about 1 finger at an angle. Heard some weird clunking sounds when I did my test drive so I'm not sure what that is, but they do feel nice. I have the stiffness set at 10 clicks from full soft I think.

Got the rears installed last night and went through probably 5 iterations of jacking car up, removing wheel, adjusting height, repeat and still don't have it right LOL. For the most part I don't hear any weird noises, but I swear I hear the rear tires rubbing over larger bumps / dips, and it looks to me like there is a slight mark around both tires where they rub the fenders. But on the other hand, I can park at certain angles (e.g. in pic below) where the area on the tire that shows the rubbing mark is tucked up under the fender and there is still clearance. Didn't know it was possible for the suspension travel path to change based on the position of the car, but I guess I learn something new every day. Anyway here is a quick phone pic I snapped at lunch showing the current stance with about equal wheel gap front and rear. I may actually raise the rears up just a hair to get back some of that raked-forward stance.
