XM1's build thread
It has been a while since my last post here .Since my front got f++ked up in an accident with a petrol canister, i thought it would be good time to change some things here and there
So i bought a ING'S +1 Type-E long nose for my yet existing ING'S LX sport kit already installed (btw thanks Adam @ Z1 for the good idea buying this front ), ARC underpanel and several other little things (can't remember all ).So last week i finally had the time to install the front with my gf and here is the result. I personally think the Type-E front works absolutlly perfect with the LX sides.( oh and yes thats my Supra in the back of the first pic....that's the reason why my Z isn't done yet )
i also installed my Gruppe-M intake and this thing
if you look closer to the last pic you will recognize that i changed the part which holds the engine harness in place with this
my first self creation out of titanium and yes it is real titanium
you actually can't buy this part had some spare time over the winter and thought i'll give it a try......and it came out bada++
and if i tell you what kind of tools where used to build this you would't believe me . i used a dremel and some drills and that's it , but i think the fact that it was Titanium grade 5 did help a lot too, because there is a certain amount of aluminum mixed in. so the bending wasn't that hard, but it was a hard job.
so boys just let me know what you all think
oh btw here's a pic of the car before the accident and yes the stock wheels will be changed for the GT-S in the near future.

Welcome back. Nice front - I'm sure the car will look great once finished.

not sure what i payed (about 1,5 year ago) but i think it was around 1600 euro or so....and no i don't think they are still available.as far as i know ARC went bankrupt about 3 or 4 months ago....but i had a conversation with Dino from Speedhunters and he told me that he heard that they are allready back in bussiness....but not 100% sure about that

here's a pic of the Sup
stickers had been removed...those where some leftovers from the guy i bought the car...the car was full of stickers
it's only an NA Supra but therefore it's an JDM RHD
it def. wasn't the best choice to buy this car since it came from england (first japan, than england, than germany) and is pretty beat up and rusty as hell, but it's fun to drive and besides the Z my new project car.i'll post up a new thread for this one i guess
