Haha daily-driven problems.

Update: Finally got a proper alignment at Temple City Auto, running -2 camber all around

And after a fresh wash, my Z is back to 100%

I finally got my alignment all set up on the g. -2 up front, -1 in the rear. Rolls good and great traction on the curves and turns. Thank you once again for your help.

Looks like you're almost done prepping. Don't forget LSD and 3.7, 3.9, or 4.08 final drive depending on how you're going to track the car. I have a spare open diff fs if you want to avoid downtime.

Omw out to Indio to work at Coachella last Thursday night... a shredded tire on the freeway destroyed the lower half of my freshly painted bumper (sorry John) along with cracking my rad support in multiple places. Usually avoiding objects on the freeway isn't a difficulty but the area I was driving in was freshly tarred and it was pitch black. It was unfortunate but again it could have been much worse. I called Erik at West Jones, got a tow/rental car for free from AAA in the morning, and he had my car fixed with an unpainted OEM bumper the day after I dropped it off so I didn't have to deal with Enterprise more than necessary. Amazing customer service again.

Seems like my Z has been put through the ringer lately, but again I'm keeping my outlook positive and moving forward.

Worked all weekend, got no sleep, and had access to anywhere I wanted to go through work and got some pretty amazing videos like this:

Definitely not the same anymore, but I appreciate the compliment nonetheless.

As always thanks John, I think I'll be going with a Quaife and 3.7 since it is my dd, but we'll see.

Is this a record for interchangeable bumper or is it salvageable?

Should be a record, because it was definitely not salvageable.

Damn dood sorry to hear. Maybe a cheapo beater to keep your Z safe? Out of pocket costs is adding up from the damages.

pick up a cheeopo beater, a sentra, or a civic. ive always wanted to get a corolla and swap in a v6 from a camry and see how that fairs, thatd be a nice sleeper. every cloud has a silver lining, so when it rains it rains molten silver....something like that.

but pyshin just be thankful you werent in that death machine of a pruis you had!

I've contemplated getting a daily beater... But honestly I bought my Z to drive it as much as I could. It's not a high-end sports car and it's not built to the wall; I'm grateful I have the means to repair it if fortune doesn't favor me and I have no intention of getting another daily, thanks for the suggestion though guys
