The bumper was just freshly installed, that's why no license plate yet. I mounted the license plate right in the center "black part" with 2 self-taping screws.
Neb Onibla, I got my bumper from Vis Racing, so it came with a carbon fiber cover piece, but eventually I will get the LED brake light. Also, I got a very good deal from the bodyshop: to paint and install, the whole thing just cost me $300 cash.

Bumper and install look good, nice. What's the front look like? This is a pretty aggressive rear and I think would look out of place without a proper front.
Keep in mind, you're in LA and bodyshop prices between regions very greatly. I assure you someone from Tenessee will usually be able to get a lower price on paint/install than someone in Cali simply due to the difference in labor charges. Of course, that's not always the case but don't be shocked if a decent job costs upwards of that mentioned $300

Yea and to make it even more difficult Iam relocating to bay area so I'll have to shop around again. I was mostly just curious how bad inflation is in cali.

In Cali I believe labor rates are about $80/hr for bodyshops. If you plan on getting a bodykit make sure you ask the shop if they've ever worked with fiberglass parts. Some collision type shops don't know how to do custom bodykits and only work with OEM parts. Working with a shop that knows how to use the material will help you in the long run and save you a lot of headaches.

Cool any input is welcome at this point. I was thinking of taking the car to Z car garage in San Jose since they seem pretty reputable and I've seen a lot of good on the forums about.
