cgkp0925's 2003 350Z progress thread
Hey guys. It's been almost 4 years since I've had my Z. Time to show the progress. Somethings I'm glad I changed, especially things that I redid to make it cleaner. My main goal is to keep it looking stock but with some subtle upgrades. Not looking to track it or make it look completely different. I plan on having my Z for many years to come so I want to enjoy it without all the headaches of heavily modding it. Any comments/constructive criticism are welcome. Thanks to this forum for all the ideas and help!

Went with the 06+ front bumper since my other bumper had seens better days. Also upgraded to the 18" G35 wheels.
Here are the ZLEDS upgrades to my headlights, side emblems, front reflectors (turn signals) and rear turn/reverse signals. He also installed the STI lens as well.

Just this past year I upgraded to the NISMO S-Tune exhaust. The driver side fex pipe was cracked so I made the right move and upgraded to the Motordyne XYZ y-pipe with the resonator option. Also installed the NISMO R-Tune CAI. Did some carbon fiber vinyl wrap to spruce things up. NISMO oil cap and carbon fiber radiator air deflector. Replaced those rainbow oem decals with my recreations of them made at work.

This year I'll be upgrading to the Hotchkis TVS kit with Z1 wheel spacers and brake upgrade kit. I wanted the NISMO sways and suspension but this was the better deal in the ene. I'll be redoing my waterfall and door arm rests with brushed aluminum vinyl. My door sills and rear strut bar will have just carbon fiber and the NISMO logo. No more illuminated Z and squares. I'll post updated pics come the spring.

Thanks mr. sparco. I know but I'm big into improving the looks rather maxing out the performance, so my money goes else where into it.
I was in a big debate about which wheels I should get at the time. I don't care for about 95% of the aftermarket wheels so I thought I would stick with OEM. Maybe someday I'll get something else, either NISMO wheels or something with a nice concave look to them.
