Default Paint Screw Ups Pic #3

Yes.........That's down to the metal

Hard to see, but the swirls and crap are all in the clear

Dust that got crushed into the clear by these idiots

Scratches

FYI, Glass molding install instructions from FSM

This stupid piece of rubber is a PITA

The crap the tint guy left

More (Was NOT a happy camper, as evidenced by the guns.....)

Default Problems and Solutiions Pics #4

Slotted three Grade 8 washers, slid them in under drivers side engine mount. Shown without washers in.

One of the things I tried, trying to space the motor away from the steering column......Didn't work, these are the bolts to drivers engine mount

Bad pic, but right above the knuckle, bout 5" up is where it was rubbing

Had to do a lot of work on this bumper, PO was the original painter and his Z was originally teal. Had to run an *** load of fiberglass and some Bondo as well

Left side

Took hubs off, replaced lower ball joints and shock mounts (both were bad and the absolute LAST suspension and chassis piece I hadn't replaced)

FOr reference, when pulling new studs through, DO NOT USE THE NEW STUDS AS PURCHASE POINTS YOU WILL FLATTEN THREADS, Use a screwdriver or punch and do this^^^

Finally finished at 3am Monday morning, glassed, drilled, reinforced with TONS of glass, fitted, tested, primed, and sent for paint the next day..

Default Finally.......Meet Nitro y'all!

Finally what you were waiting for......8 months, 8 months of blood, sweat, tears, money, budgeting, not eating, skipping sleep to work, paying bills, and saving every single penny along with doing almost EVERYTHING myself. This is my baby girl, this is my Nitro. You could call her my outer demon, the expression of me, she's literally my greatest achievement to go from what's on the first page of this thread to this now. This was right before she went into the body shop for her paint correction

Yeah, they're not for everyone. But I love having 315 tires in the rear. No spacers. No rolling. Direct fit. And it's what I've always wanted to have. To each their own lol that just you tho! More updates to come shortly

First off, I like the crocks and jeans look.

Secondly, story of how you wrecked please.

Thirdly, I have an amazing 350z Veilside front bumper already painted black if you're interested. It would really make the front look much more aggressive. You can't be calling brace face your "outer demon" with its current look.

I would also like to ask you if you've done all this work to the car and its an extention of you, you love it so much, blah blah blah. Why are you trying to sell it for $10?

And come on, no test drives?

Case in point, everyone likes to see what people would offer up for the car. I'm not selling it, unless someone gives me an assload of cash. Everything has a price lol. You wouldn't believe the offers I've gotten on it. mustangs, subarus, boosted srt4, multiple car offers, old camaros, bikes, it's been super super fun. But eh, only thing I'd trade for is a v8 at this point. I love the car but if anything else happens to it beyond my control (i.e. someone else hits me or whatnot) I'm not doing this again. 8 months to rebuild a car back from the dead is insanity, it's expensive, and honestly.....it's not worth it lol. With that being said, had a complication with the pearl, mixed a new batch and re-spraying the V2 bumper tomorrow. Should have it finished and ready for christmas end of next week!

You will always wonder won't you xD. And I've invested money into the best mod of all.....Spent all summer driving with the boys on my local raceteam. I honestly can say I was a shitty driver before then, knowing reaction times, your cars limits, and your own limits has been the single best mod I've EVER done. And it's taken my lead foot and lightened it up a bit to lol

You can test drive it from the passenger seat lol. And I'm not selling it for 10, that just a placeholder number cause CL made me put that there

Oh, and as a heads up. Everyone who needs tuning done. Pat, the owner of limpmodetuning is coming down right after christmas to tune mine in person with UpRev. With my engine and performance mods + his intake we are shooting for 290-300whp after tune. Yes.....I'll post dyno sheets when I get them lol. Fingers crossed!

Little sis killed my OEM bumper

Big brake kit and new wheels next year!

But those 315's tho!

Gotta mod this Borla, too quiet

Recovering the seats is last thing on the interior!

Tuned these CompD's the other day!!! They sound perfect xD

Relocated heated seat switches and swapped in the new style passenger kick panel!

My once clean engine bay needs some TLC. Damn radiator hose busted

Demon eyes/Iron man switches

Big shout out to Bob Hickey for the gauge conversion!
