    Hi Sam,

Been a big fan of your company for a while now.

Finally decided a purchase a GTM TT kit for my z.

All funds were transferred two days ago for the kit + a clutch. I have been dealing woth mike and he has been awesome. I am however unable to get a conformation that my cash is received. I sent scanned copies of the transfer etc. I am a little concerned that I am not getting a respond.

Is he on holiday? Are you closed for the holidays?

In either case I would sincerely appreciate a reply.

Not sure if Mike has kept you in the loop on this order , but I am from a small island pretty far away from you guys. Sri Lanka. Please do try to give some special attention to my kit and please do try to ensure completeness as much as possible.

Can't wait to install this. I believe it will be the first GTM twin in this part of the world?

    Best regards

    Yohann

    Hi Sam,

I saw this post that you made. I have an fx35 with jwt tt, GTM built vq35de, GTM tran, and FCon v pro etc. I'd like to have this pass smog with the current setup. Can I bring it in to tune the FCon to pass? My car has a CARB # for a Stillen supercharger and the smog tester inputs that CARB number to run the test.

The answer to your questions is yes. I can make a car pass emission testing in California with HKS IS and V Pro

You don’t loose any of the OBD2 functions when using F Con IS neither the V Pro, and that is why people complain about the service engine soon light coming on with fuel trim codes with F Con V Pro, since the V Pro takes complete control over fuel land timing.
Now how this can be done. It is somehow simple if someone can understand how the factory ECU operates, but is very tedious and time consuming to say the least. In a nut shell, you will have to tune the car exactly like the factory ECU in close loop and make your short and long trim fuel as close to o correction as possible, this will make the factory ECU happy, the check engine light will never come on, all the OBD2 readiness system test will pass and you will pass the emission test.
The beauty about the F Con V Pro, if set right that it can be utilized to operate in open and close loop just like the factory ECU, meaning the F Con will make short fuel trim correction every time the car start and revert to the base map after shut done, also by utilizing this option you will always have the perfect tune since it is impossible to tune the car once for all conditions and climates.
Now for people like yourself in Arizona, things get a lot simpler, since all you have to do is just pass the OBDE test, I have a customer car in the shop right now from Arizona, getting equipt with our stroker engine, very radical build (1000 rwhp strandard correction jokn)that we are to supplying him with one map for smog so when he gets the car tested, all he has to do is flip the switch via F Con navegator and it is done.

    Hope this helps.

Hi Sam, I have a quick question for you. I just installed a V3 vortech on an 04 roadster and I'm looking at the GTM pulley mod + the 2.87 pulley upgrade. On your site:
    http://www.gtmotorsports.com/search....=search&page=1

    Part # GTM-VR20601 GTM Pulley mod $116.04
    Part # GTM-2A036-287 2.87 Jackshaft pulley upgrade $147.12

Can you confirm that if I do both the belt you supply with the GTM pulley will fit and do the instructions outline how not to remove the supercharger backing plate to complete the install?

    Thanks,

    Rob

im looking to get your stage 0 hks GT supercharger kit. i have a auto, so from your dyno ive seen about 300 hp. Question is would i need a VB upgrade? i only ask because ppl have said the auto can hold 350 hp but you work on these cars so thought youd have a better idea.

Hey Sam, made and account on here its Ric, looking forward to posting results and hopefully meet some other z owners close by. Out of curiosity how many superchargers have you put on the HR's? Would mine be pretty much the first in TX?

hey sam, my name is kenneth though i go by austin and just wanted to let you know i proudly just purchased the gtm supercharge stage 1 for my 08 hr nismo! I was wondering if you could start emailing me when you have the time some info for me...To start off, I live in VA and do you know of any shops near the state or in that could tune/install this? Also I will be reading more on the installation and may consider to do myself if I know I can handle the job. If so, could I some how send or get my ecu tuned for it? If you can give me some starter pointers I would be very glad. Hope to hear from you. My email is phataus@yahoo.com Kenneth A Parks
