The Randleman fight was something I was looking forward to as I used to think he was an exciting fighter. But him and Whitehead looked dead on their feet going into round two. I've never seen such slow punching as at the end of round 2.
Randleman and Fedor was one of my favorite fights of all time. It just proved my theory that Fedor is a cyborg.

Brown is a beast at 145. I think Aldo with KO him though. Aldo is way too fast!
Faber is in the situation like Rich Franklin (after he lost to Anderson the second time)... Not sure if the WEC will do a third match between them in the future.
Arolovski is a glass jaw... It is a shame. Like people say, once you get knocked out, it is easier to get KO'd again.
Shields look good, however he needs to work on his stand up. He looked sooo stiff.
i didnt catch strikeforce unfortunatly, being that i couldnt figure out how to stream it online and i dont have f*cking shotime.
as far as the wec fights i was happy to see brown pull off the win however faber did better than i expected and with a broken hand.
that flying knee from aldo was awsome, he is a bad ass and deserves a shot at the title very soon. at the same time i dont think it says much either way about cub
pulver needs to retire or realize he is no longer a contender and stop takin these higher up fights
another impressive win from cerrone, this guys the real f*ckin deal

I wouldnt say it is quite the same as Franklin because Franklin just got mauled. Because of the injury I can see him getting another shot but probably after a couple of wins.
Cant want to see Aldo Brown!

i think faber did great considering he had half a hand, broken right, and badly beaten left. he held his own for 4-5 minute rounds using his elbows and feet and brown still couldnt do squat. thats like sending an amputee in there to fight...oh yeah, that happened already. brown got lucky the first fight and barely won this fight.
funny how brown always says "number 1 in the WEC means youre number 1 in the world". surely even he doesnt believe that.
arlovski is slowly being pushed out the door, i cant stand shields, he got lucky also, i wish he would fight joe riggs but hes too scared.

i can agree with "think faber did great considering he had half a hand, broken right, and badly beaten left." but calling the first fight lucky is a joke. faber is the quicker aponent, with that advantage obviously he landed more hits, but that is only one side! he landed more shots, he also got knocked the f*ck out. faber held his own well in the 2nd fight, and he did so amazingly with out his hands. but thats the way sh!t goes, faber wasnt at 100% so we dont know what would have happened, what we do know is what did happen and what did happen was faber obviously lost.

the brown fight was a lucky shot, how can you not say that. faber did one of his crazy off the wall spinning whatevers, and brown caught him in the throat.
did you even watch the first fight. faber was ahead before that shot. and he didnt get KTFO, he got knocked down, covered up, brown took his back, hit faber underneath a few times, and the ref stopped it.

your failing to see browns strengths and weaknesses... he is smart and has incredible focus, he hits hard as f*ck and he has a great wrestling background. he is also not nearly as quick as faber, not to mention faber throws a ton of unconventional blows(I'm a huge faber fan, not sayin anything against his amazingness)... so your calling a strong as f*ck calculated right hand luck(yes i know it continued past that)? do you watch mma regularly? do you realize there are a ton of things that play into this sport? look at brock lesner, the guy has horrible technique... but he is a monster, is he lucky in his wins? no.. but just because his wins haven't been at the hands of technique doesn't take away from what he has done. btw thats just an obvious example, i hate lesnar and hope he gets put away soon
edit: just re read the 2nd part and i got a pretty good laugh, i dont miss fights first off... well unless its strikeforce, but other than that, yes i watched it, and have seen it many times since then. what the f*ck does faber being ahead have anything to do with it? are you saying the stopage wasnt justified? faber f*cking lost plain and simple... im not sure where your going with that or if you just cant get off huggin fabers nuts

I think Mike Brown's first TKO of Faber was a little bit of luck. And I normally don't like saying fighters win by 'luck' but I have to in this case.
Faber did something most fighters (including Faber) don't do. That's the equivalent of a defensive lineman intercepting a pass because the QB did something stupid, like a behind the back pass straight to his face...
Now what he did afterwards was earned. He worked on his striking so he can drop a bomb at any time - that was earned. He capitalized on a stunned Faber by jumping all over him - again, earned through practice. But to get that opening was luck (and Faber's mistake).
All that said, Brown is a beast. He's beaten the former #1 145er in the last couple of years in two fights now. Faber can definitely beat him, but the guy is very very solid and has very few holes.

not to take away from brown, i know hes a beast, and i like him, loads of talent, strong as an ox and humble. you dont beat the guys hes beat without talent, but the first fight was luck. if faber didnt do that crazy careless spinning elbow, it wouldnt have gone that way. now i know, "if" this and "if" that. i know it was fabers fault, he shouldnt have done it. fabers only 2 losses, came from doing that stupid careless stuff (im not counting this last one as a loss, even tho its on the records as an L, its like a no contest in my eyes).
all those strengths you listed for brown, still couldnt put away faber with no hands. all the reviews ive read put faber ahead until his injury.
so, i call it luck, you dont, lets just leave it at that.

^ fair enough, it would be a joke for anyone to say luck didnt have a big part in mma. faber made a dumb move and brown capatalized. there is luck in that
Gonna be waiting a while for that one, sir... Lesnar isn't just some big guy, he's a freak of an athlete... and I just don't see anyone putting him away...

Most MMA rankings agree with him... So yeah I am pretty sure he believes it... as do I... Just like Miguel Torres is the #1 Bantamweight in the world as well... it doesn't matter if you fight for WEC, Affliction, UFC, Strikeforce, or Dream... you can be the top fighter in the world... look at the competition... WEC has the top competitors in Bantam and featherweight...
