i'd say Sugar Ray, but you have to take into acct their size... like Mike Tyson... for a heavyweight, his punches were lightning fast for his class.

Mayweather needs to be added to that list.
Ali possibly?

Mayweather
...and Tyson for heavyweight. I was just watching some old fights of his yesterday. He was INSANE when he was a pro at 19yrs old.

Floyd Mayweather before he started moving up weight classes, Pacman has some fast hands and the sugars I would not put on there or at least not leonard/mosley. Thomas Hearns owned Leonard and I don't care what anyone else says and his hands were rediculous fast. Tyson has kinda fast for his size but Ali as a heavyweight had much faster hands and much more graceful. There are more I would like to add to the list right now but I can't think of them.

Mayweather's hands are fast but I think its more due to excellent timing. Pac or Zab's punches are faster IMO.

Zab dreams about being as fast a Mayweather. Mayweather
Zab. Slower hands and weaker chin. He's a great fighter, but not Mayweather territory.
Pac is fast and has power to back it up. Can't argue that one. He's probably the hardest hitting boxer in his class.
On another note, did anyone pick up Fight Night Round 4 yet?
