Kicking ass is kicking ass and I learned that from my old man who can still beat my rear like a dusty rug at 50... and guys who've done MMA for 10 years and are 30 have more wear and tear than him so I think it's fair...

I just figured with him being in his 40's his Stamina would come into play..
If he actually makes it to the 2nd round, all that muscle he's packing is going to tire him out ..

I can see that but I also think with proper training his stamina would increase to the point where he'd have a good 2 solid rounds in him.

Why would you assume that? He's a more decorated fighter than 99% of the guys out there. It's not like he just has the belts, he has 26 tournament wins to prove he can back up his belts... believe it or not there are guys in the UFC and MMA in general that get handed belts left and right and can still get a whopping from green belts that have been trained properly by the best...

Not saying he can't win... the fights start standing and anyone who can strike has a shot... especially if you have the right match up. But this has already been settled this in the mid 90s. Wrestling & submission defense is a requirement now...
He's not taking those belts and turning himself into Lyoto Machida that's for sure. Not at 41 anyway.

That's more like it lol. I just think they should have a celeb only MMA fight night where those who think they have the skills can put it to the test including but not limited to athletes, singers, actors, or whoever else thinks they can hold their own. I'm hearing a lot of famous people are trying to step up so this could be a good thing. Filter out the think they're goods from the know they're goods

26 titles in what? Sparring? Forms? Full Contact fighting? Breaking?
Karate, Tae Kwon Do and all those others are good for flexibility, respect, proper form and strengthening your body... oh and katas... does it translate directly into MMA... ask Jeremy Bullock how taekwondo works out against a guy who is trained in wrestling and jiu jitsu...
Those martial arts are a great basis to work with grappling and such but Karate alone, no matter how many black belt degrees you have, will not make it in MMA...

Now I have a question. As far as Tae Kwon Do. I was it a WTF school of ITF school. Because there is a big differences between the two. Also was it a school that had alot of cross training done in it. You know even Anderson Silva has a background in TKD.
