Back and forth with the main event but I'm thinking Belfort can overwhelm him and get the KO. Franklin didnt look too sharp his last few fights and was hurt a few times by W.Silva.
Going with Santos. Cro Cop has been looking timid while Santos has been pretty explosive.

I would like to see Anderson drop his hands with Vitor...not sure if he would have the same results as he did with Forest Poor Rich didn't even know what happened, glad to see the phenom is back.
And what in the heck happened to Mirko?? He barely traded and threw only a handful of kicks. I am betting that is probably the last time we'll see him in a UFC PPV

+1. He's famous for his kicks but he hardly every throws 'em anymore. And, what's up with him doing those 2 handed-looking-punch-pushing things. He looks like grade schooler who don't know how to fight.

crocop is famous for his kicks...........in K-1. MMA is a whole new ball game. if cropcop just keeps throwing that kick, people will just catch it, and take him down. MMA just isnt crocops bag.

I think he was doing it alot in the Pride days...I didn't really watch K-1 so I'm pretty sure it was with Pride. So, I was expecting him to be the same way in UFC.
Cung Le did a whole of kicks, and he wasn't easily caught with it. I know I know, these are totally different fighters. Just bringing up the point that it's possible to kick a lot and make it hard for your opponent to catch it.

oya, dont get me wrong. im not saying you cant use kicks in MMA. its just that crocop is somewhat like chuck lidell. everyone knows to look for that high kick. with chuck lidell, you just gotta look out for the big overhand left. and once everyone figured this out, these guys need to either adapt, and learn to fight differently, or theyll be picked apart. which is what has been happening. they were both fairly one dimensional in that sense. whereas cung le uses different angles and strikes.
wow.. watching mirko fight was painful.. he's clearly afraid of getting hurt now.. he used to be the agressor.. now he's acting like a *****.. maybe it's the octagon that scares him? i dont know. but he's definitely not even close to the same fighter he used to be.
Its not right to give Belfort a shot before Dan. Franklin can not be a shortcut to a title shot cause Dan already beat Franklin. And Belfort only has one fight in the UFC.
I say Belfort VS Marquardt and Silva VS Henderson.
On a side note, its always fun to see Trigg get beat up.

Yeah definitely not fair to fast track Belfort with one win over Rich over Hendo (or Marquardt).
Thing I've heard is Spider is not interested in fighting Hendo again which may be why they're trying to push a different contender on him.
I'm not complaining if that fight gets put together though. Vitor is probably the only other UFC guy besides Machida who can actually stand and trade with A.Silva right now.
There's a reason why no one charged in on Mirko during the Pride days. The old Mirko would have landed a left straight when Junior charged in right there.

That Gonzaga head kick would have put the fear in anyone...

He hasn't been the same after that nasty kick. I think Mirko is done and that really sucks. I knew when Kongo beat him that he just wasn't the same. I wonder who is coaching him these days, maybe that's a problem as well.
