help with a schedule

ritc training center schedule.. they wont let me copy anything my bad!

i would like some help putting together a schedule

heres a bit of info and background, i am 5'9" AND 155 lbs. a former boxer without a ton of real experience meaning i didnt train for 10+ years, i trained for about a year in a boxing gym with sparring on a semi regular basis(i did real well for my experience level) a few years back, but i have kept up some of my skills by still fighting my buddies who are all trained in different martial arts, keeping up on the heavy bags and im in pretty decent shape except for my f*ckin lungs, my stamina has been shot thanks to a few years of smoking. i quit a week ago to prepare for training though.

i HATE WRESTLING, grappling etc. i much prefer to be throwin punches however it is important for me to be a well rounded fighter being that i hope to eventually compete in mma competitions so i need a ton of help in those areas, but still want to spend time working on my strikes and kicks. i am currently switching schedules and will now have monday through thursday totally available.. i live a ways from the gym so i cant really go back and forth a few times through out the day.. thanks for the suggestions

ooopppssss... ya ignore this, ive had my schedule down for a while now.. i was bored and going to f*ck with my post above but i guess its not letting me edit.. wierd

and if a mod wants to just erase the thread i would apreciate that too

haha... the not smoking is kind of a pain in the ass, but i havnt had one since i quit. going to the bars with my buddys on the weekend really makes me want to smoke again. i think im getting more than enough cardio for sure.. haha. mondays and wednesdays muay thai, tuesdays and thursdays jiu jitsu, fridays i do 2 hours worth of jump rope and bag work and im running 2 1/2 miles 3-4 days a week.. oh.. and i will be adding mma monday-thursday soon and im tryin to figure out a way to start lifting again without messin with my schedule to much... haha.. yeah, thats enough cardio for me!
