Rothwell and Arlovski got a huge check. More than they're worth IMO. I wonder what the PPV numbers are and how much of that Fedor gets.

Arlovski was going to get PAID, I knew that because he made a LOT with the UFC, and left them at the first contract offered to him by Affliction.
I think that Victor Belfort was well overpaid. Goodridge must be happy, he took the fight on one day notice and made $25k lol

They definitely overpaid a little bit, but they definitely made a splash on their debut card. They very well know that they would probably lose money on this one, but if you're going to do something, you might as well do it right the first time.
And besides, this is not a typical MMA org. They're trying to sell clothing as well, much more than the regular UFC apparel. They'll get a huge boost in sales from the attention their cards are making as well. Tom Atencio will get salaries straightened out I'm sure for his next two cards. He already said that the plan is to make profit in 3 shows. That probably means a slimmer fight structure, similar to UFC. Hope they get good numbers and make money soon, if not right away. |

Fedor needs a better agent. He got the same pay as Lindland. Looks like Nog needs a better agent also, how can he get paid less then Buentello and get the same pay as Whitehead?

how did Fedor make almost 1/3 of what Tim Sylvia made? At least we can't say he is in it for the money.

Come on boys. Fedor's contract is the only from the show that gives him extra $ based on the PPV sales, IIRC.
