Great video, saw it in another forum. Its good that BJ put aside the animosity and is friends with Sherk after the fight.

Believe what you want, but Sherk did a pretty good job at his appeal proving that some of the suppliments he took had small amounts of steroids. When Sherk failed his test he only posted double the limit, most steriod users post 6-10 times the limit. To add to that have you ever seen his workout? It is such an insane pace that it is no wonder the guy can out work anyone.

I am by no means a Sherk fan, I was pissed when Florian lost to him, but I also know the truth vs the hype.

people really need to get over the steroid thing. virtually every competitive athlete on the planet nowadays, uses a form of steroid. but everyone likes to harp on the guys that get caught.
