I'm so pissed that this fight card has gotten little to no press at all.. Bottom line is this is the fight card that should have put on for the first CBS show but that is niether here nor there.

starts on the east coast at 8pm on showtime and will resume on CBS at 9pm..

My picks (or the people i care about)

Jake Shields (but if i were a betting man i'd throw down some coin on the goat)

Nick Diaz (as of late any fight looks tough for Nick but he should win this by submission or by being stubborn standing and winning a D)

Robbie Lawler (KO in the 2nd or 3rd)

The above three fights should entertain for sure. check it out guys..

Diaz had plastic surgery to remove scar tissue and file down his cheek bone.

Lawler needs to ATTACK. I say Smith by KO 1st round!

lol. I was just about to mention the same about Gina. I really enjoyed her last fight. The girl on the left in the pic above has some nice cuts though.

Great fight card all together and it's just a shame that they got so little promotion.... either way the hardcores got a good show especially with the woman who i rarely watch.. good stuff.

Good card. Glad to see Jake Shields get the recognition he deserves.

I'm a Jake Shields fan and all but... but this brings me to a huge pet peeve that I have about fighters outside of the UFC:

Stop calling out UFC fighters you know they're not going to let you face. Go call out someone in your own org or someone who's not tied up in a prison shackle contract... like Shamrock @ a catch weight or something.

i wish it will be rogers. it will be more of a stand up then and make for a better fight than the thompson

My brother and I went to this. $50 a seat. Watched it later on when we got home... I'll never go to one of these again. TV is so much better.

Agreed i've been to countless events and usually lower levell (not floor) are the best.. Anything above Lower levell and below sux.. Floor seats will have you watching the jumbotron with a cramped neck and same goes for above floor level... Right in the middle is the best and usually these are hardest seats to get..
