ducati monster pics and a cry for help!

just installed tail chop, led blinkers with monsterparts.com resistors all around, acerbis cyclopes headlight, new levers w/clip-ons and bar-end mirrors.
now my problem is that the tail light is always illuminated full power as if my brakes are on. actually using brakes doesnt change brightness. i wired the headlights low beam and small parking bulb (located within high beam case) together, and the low beam and flood light are for high beam (parking light goes out). if i put the bike in park position ONLY the low beam comes on without the parking light and the taillight actually goes into just the parking light dimness. my only logical guess would be maybe something wrong with the way i mounted the clip-ons/levers or something wrong with resistance of new headlight bulbs causing the parking light setting to be much to bright(but that doesnt make sense to me why they would ever be wired in a way to be related.)
PLEASE chime in with ideas. i just noticed it tonight so i havent had time to look into it yet.

oh and some pics....fourth one in shows my two black beauties

better now than before i think.....

Very clean! That Acerbis head light makes the monster look 10x better!

If I had to guess I would say something is up with your resistors. I'm by no means an electrical engineer though.

Usually if it's a resistor/loop issue the brake or blinkers will change intensity based on if the brake lever is pulled in or not. Since this isn't happening I would tell you to double check your wiring, it looks like you have an open circuit.

Looks awesome...the all flat black is so streetfighter. I could go either way on the new headlight but it's definitely a bad a$$ looking bike. I bet those pipes sound wicked!

Thats pretty sick. Ducati monster is awesome.
Im almost done with my Suzuki bandit 1200. I chopped the rear off and put a rear from a 2001 yamaha r6 and then i put a single sided swingarm from a honda vfr. Rebuilt carbs and jetted. And a bunch of other stuff.
From this

To this so far

Ive always liked the Monster. It has the coolest "hooligan" look.
Looks nice with all the black.

The after-pics make the before-pics look like it had Down Syndrome.
