What kind of insurance do you have? (Not motorcycle insurance)

I think everyone can agree when it comes to protective gear, dress like you're going to go down, but do you take that same approach when buying insurance? Since I'm starting to get back into riding, I've been doing some insurance shopping. Not auto insurance, but disability insurance and term life insurance. Its kind of funny how different a person's mind works when their 30 years old compared to when they were 23. Anyway, I was just wondering what the rest of you had, what your policy entails, and where's a good place to purchase a policy?

I have pretty good insurance through work, pays 5 years annual salary, also have a couple policies through banks were with, and also through my insurance company. I put a shytload of miles a year on the bikes, but when I started looking into my pilot's license my wife brought the insurance to my attention, it's a good thing to have........she says

Same here and used it a few times, even on the racetrack.

I've never had to use it (knock on wood) but its cool knowing i got it. I've got a few buddies that got jacked up stunting or being stupid and it covered them 100%.

I'm no longer eligible for Tri-care since I'm out of the Marines. As of right now, I'm looking at Metlife or Afflack.

^ same here. got out in feb so i went with liability (because of california law) and medical. i figured if i crashed it would be most likely on the fwy because thats my commute daily and i live and work 2 blocks off the fwy, id prolly end up dead and/or the my bike would be unrepairable

I ended up going through Geico. Its one of their affiliates, but I get a discount since I use them for auto and renter's insurance. Purchased $250K in term life insurance. $15.00 a month.
