2007 Yamaha R6

I just bought a brand new R6 about three weeks ago. I fell in love with this bike, I can honestly say I had some of the best times of my life on that thing. Well, last Saturday my bike was stolen by a drunk 18 year old and totaled. The kid had never been on a bike in his life and he thought it would be a good idea to hop on a sportbike for his first time. I needed somewhere to vent so there it is. Ill post some before and after pictures up in a little bit. Be safe out there guys!

Hopefully the punk took a nice long slide on the pavement and you get a brand new one paid for.

Did he actually take it for a ride? How did he start it without a key?

Please say he totalled it, and you weren't upside down?

Need more details on how it was stolen. Thread could use some pics too.

Sorry about the theft; I hope that kid fukced himself up pretty good. He probably didn't have a helmet, unless he stole that too.

Instant Karma FTW , and BTW it takes less than 30 seconds pop a lock and get a bike up and running.

man what a prick, hope you get your bike in order. as for the guy who stole your bike, i would suggest beating his head in after he gets through all the trouble he is already in.

Hey guys, havent checked the forum in a few days so heres what happened. I had gone to bed at my buddies place we had a few people over and I did just as I always do, take my phone, keys, wallet, etc out of my pockets and set them on the night stand. Well this jackass decides to come in the room, take my keys, helmet, jacket, and gloves and went for a joyride with my ex-girlfriend (now his girlfriend) on the back. The police said he was doing a good 80 mph on a 35 mph street, lost control and popped the curb. They both went flying he didnt have the helmet tightened so as soon as he made contact with the ground it popped off. They ended up 50 feet away from the bike that flipped three times coming to rest against a tree. They were both admitted to the hospital for fractured necks and cuts/ bruises. He refused to pay me for the bike so I was forced to press felony unauthorized use of a motor vehicle charges and I'm going to see if I can get a court order to have him give me my money. I appreciate the kind words in a really shitty time.

sorry to hear this bro! My number one fear of owning a bike is the high rate of theft for them.

That's phuckin crap He took your girlfriend and your bike out riding, that's silly brother, I'd take a piss on the stupid bastard when he gets out of the hospital and in a wheelchair. Hope for your sake your insurance will step in and pay for that, if you have full coverage why would you even ask the twat to pay for it?
