price on this is good?

took a look at the bike and everything seems to be in good shape. now just waiting on a credit union to approve the loan.

ive been bikeless for about a year now.. before that i had a 03 gsxr 750. rode that for 3 years. before that had a old kawi beater(250) i got from my uncle for 2 yrs.

ok.. just checking..

well the bluebook on the 06 R1 is $8100 .. so i guess its right around market value.. probably be able to get it cheaper from private party sale with cash though

seems about average. If your not looking for a R1 then you could probably find a better deal on a used 1k.

yea i actually have my mind set on a r1, especially the ravens.

It's not a "deal", but if it's what you want, it's your money.

If you can wait, I'd look around for a better price- I'm sure you can find one for a decent amount less... the closer you get to winter, the more bikes will get on the market as people end their riding seasons. Might be a better time to buy.
