New bike sv650 lookie!!!!

I just got another bike the other day its a 05 Suzuki sv650 with hindle exhaust and a couple other things the one pic of the srcathes is from the previous owner that is the only thing wrong with the bike, it has 9,000 miles on it and picke it up for 3k flat, this is my first V style motor on a bike and i love the tourqe it puts out.And i will prob never go back to inline 4 style motors

Sweet...that's the same color and year of the one I had. Really great bike. I didn't have the full fairings though but always liked the way they look.

Im looking for a used SV650 myself. I just cant seem to find any around my area.

yea the fairings threw me off cuz i dont think they come with a fairing until 2006 or so im not sure

Most bikes with front fairings look horrible from the front (I call it space invader syndrome), but this one still looks pretty good.

SV's actually never came with them except for special editions in Europe....here they are a factory aftermarket option you have to buy and put on after the fact.

2008 SVS's come with full fairings stock. Navy blue and dark grey colors only. I know cuz I had a blue 2008 waiting for me at the dealer b4 I walked out due to pricing issues.

I always thought the SVs with the full fairing kit looked pretty sharp. Congrats on your purchase, seems like you got a great deal.

You're right....that's definitely new though. On the website they're actually now calling it the SV650SF and it's no longer listed under their "standard" bikes but under their "sport" bikes. Seems to still have the same specs though and IMHO is really a standard bike still......must be a new marketing ploy by Suzuki. Still a great bike and the gray looks sweet.
