^^ well to be honest , this is my first bike ever and i love it so much , you're right though i was looking at japanese bikes at first but nothing i would like to spend money on . i stopped by a ducati one day and it was over .

hah congrats on your first bike...
its a hella of a bike...
good thing about the ducati for 09's is 1 year maintenance is freeee
sooo rack on those miles and make sure u get up to 7500 ...
if you dont your gonna end up paying for the 7500 valve adjustment which costs about 750 bucks here in California dont know about your place...
hah your gonna wanna mod this bike for sure your gonna be shocked when you see how much a slipon exhaust is for your bike..
the price of a slip on exhaust for our Ducs is near the price for a descent/ good full exhaust setup for a japanese bike... your wallet is gonna empty by the time your done modding it haha... have fun with it and ride safe
heres a link to my old 848.. and the new 1198 http://my350z.com/forum/motorcycles/...s-what-39.html
soooo sick, congrats on the purchase. Seems a little extreme for a first bike, but to each his own. I think I'm gonna have to trade up to an 848 in a year or two
