Went on a ride around 11:30 with some buddies and everything was going pretty well until I pinched a nerve in my back mid turn. I couldn't sit up or ride home and we were a good 25 miles away. I had to sit on the side of the road and wait for my buddy to ride back home and get his truck to pick the bike and myself up. I'm sitting in bed now in the most awkward yet only comfortable position I can find myself in right now. 30 minutes of riding now turns into a week of resting in bed. Tiger balm is a blessing right now...
Forgot to add that I barely got it up straight after that turn. If I leaned over any further I would have low sided for sure. I'm not sure how I managed it but the bike is perfect.

wow man glad everything is ok it couldve been alot worse
Thanks. I've read plenty of stories about people laying it down for the first time and there's just no way to brace yourself for it. I played it out over and over in my head and it just happened so fast. I'm deff lucky I didn't low side. I'm riding my buddies F4i (have been for about 2 years now) and would've felt horrid. I'm not gonna ride again until I pick up my rr. My pooter pucker clinched up for sure and I tensed up. Ride safe out there folks.
Forgot to add I was wearing proper gear and the F4i is fully insured under me but the title is under his name. It's his beater bike.

WOw... glad your at home to rest up and get better... that easily could have had a different outcome. Good thing you didn't have to endure telling your friend what happened to his bike...
