Quick question...
I'm pretty sure the majority of foreign cars test horsepower at the wheels.
Does this hold true for domestics as well? Or do they use that gauge thing?(I forget what it's called)
All I know is that it rates cars at a higher hp, but they lose a good bit of it when they actually put it on the ground and run it.

All the major manufacturers (foreign and domestic) that I'm aware of post their hp from the flywheel. It makes the numbers bigger, which is something the marketing department likes.
