Stopwatch 0-60
My friend wanted to see what my 0-60 was. So he told me to use the stop watch. I did (from a total stop) and I ran 0-60 in about 6.5 seconds.. Now does that seem right? Is a stopwatch way very accurate? I have a Touring Automatic.......
Thanks

Hahahaha...lol....um no. A stop watch is not very accurate. Plus your friend might be biased against your car and not want you to have a good time....lol. The best way to get a time on your car is :
a) goto your local track, see your 60 ft time...then go here { click }
or b) Find a person that has a Gtech.

Lol....if your going to use a stopwatch you might as well just count in your head to see how long it takes.
EIther get a G-tech or do the track calculator if you would like to know your 0-60....which basically is just how much traction you can get off the line.

I bought the Escort Passport G-Timer because it will self calibrates instead of the G-tech constant trying to get it level enough for a run. I turn off the traction control and with the auto I am 5.75 range, which is .05 slower than the six speeds. I would not rely on trying to use a stop watch. I will sell you my G-Tech for half price.
